  Le Pain Quotidien opened its first store in Brussels in 1990, and after opening 10 stores, it opened its first U.S. bakery on Madison Avenue in New York. Founded by Alain Coumont, Le Pain Quotidien was built around the dream of "traditional craft bread baking." Today, it has over 200 locations worldwide. Le Pain Quotidien opened its first branch in Turkey in 2006, offering a menu with thousands of unique recipes, thanks to founder Alain Coumont's exclusive Belgian recipes. Le Pain Quotidien currently has 3 branches in Turkey and plans to expand its market through the opening of new stores, promoting job growth.   Located in the Selçuk district of Izmir, 6 kilometers from Ephesus, Modus Kybele offers unique service to guests from around the world, with its experienced staff, 700-person capacity, and two separate halls. Modus Kybele offers buffet service with Turkish dishes and diverse international cuisine. With its delicious food, prime location, and hygienic environment, Modus Kybele stands out in the local food industry and is one of the leading restaurants in the area.

• MODUS RESTAURANT
  Located in the historic Sultanahmet district of Istanbul, the restaurant exudes a sense of history, almost like a gallery of memories.
